Ps-prototyping sprint

What is it?

A five-day process to prototype a solution that delivers a clear and tangible response to a specific problem pre-defined by the company, achieving tangible results in medium fidelity prototypes that are closer to being brought to market.

Through a methodology focused on collaboration, agility, prototyping, validation with consumers and experts and directed to corporate groups that want to work in a more practical way, reduce the concept cycle and creation, shorten months of work and bring ideas closer to implementation.

It involves multi-functional partner teams that are Sprint's performers with We Fab's guidance and facilitation. After the immersion, We Fab can also support additional validations through hi-fi prototypes and MVPs.

Challenge > Developing a new product in record time and that would bring with it the essence of the new visual identity of L'Occitane au Brésil.

Through a very agile and collaborative process and much involvement of several areas of the company, the team of L'Occitane au Brésil together with We Fab co-created with the consumer, prototyped several ideas, validated with experts and finally decided which of the solutions would go to market and what would be the strategy.
